Join us for our FULL MOON EVENT
Starting with gentle, heart opening luna salutations and Full Moon ceremony with Bridgett Ann from Yoga In the Lanes.
Followed by a lovely swim as the full moon rises!
Assemble on the beach in from of Hove Lawns Cafe at 3.30pm.
