Full Moon Soundbath Ceremony

Symbolizing reflection, renewal, and completion- the Full Moon is the perfect time to slow down, reflect on the lessons and successes we encountered this month, and prepare ourselves to succeed for the darker months of the year. Without these moments of reflection and relaxation, we won't be able to fully appreciate how far we come, and learn from our successes and lessons.

This event includes various instruments including gongs and crystal sound bowls curated to resonate at healing vibrational frequencies.

Join us on December 14th, Saturday, for a meditative and relaxing journey to the self as we lay in savasana as Sotantar Suraj and Gian Shakti play the vibrations of gongs and crystal sound bowls.

What to bring:

- a pen and paper to journal your thoughts before Savasana

- comfortable clothes

- slip-on shoes

- a yoga mat or yoga mat-sized pad ($5 rental mats available in limited supply)

-an eye mask (optional for added comfort)

- water (tea and water provided in-studio)
