On 1st February, under the glow of the full moon, join us for a 75‑minute Full Moon Sound Bath with — an immersive experience woven from gong vibrations, Tibetan bowls, and intentional slow deep breathwork. You’ll be supported to let go of mental chatter and settle into your body, allowing sound and breath to lead you into a calmer, grounded place.
This isn’t just a session — it’s a reset. Studies on sound therapy show that bathing in resonant vibrations can help reduce stress and quiet the nervous system, without any effort or “trying” required.
