Join us for our transformative sound bath experiences and immerse yourself in a beautiful setting with soothing vibrations. Nicole thoughtfully selects an ensemble from her wide variety of instruments that have been collected worldwide to create a distinct set up each time. These include crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, gongs, chimes, rain sticks, drums, and more. Our Full Moon Sound bath experiences harness the powerful energy of the lunar cycle, providing an enhanced opportunity to reflect, release, and renew.
Each session includes a uniquely crafted herbal tea blend inspired by the theme and will begin with the opportunity to set an intention. After the sound bath there is an opportunity to connect with fellow participants, share and/or hold space for your community, and integrate your experience. Embrace the tranquil ambiance and let the harmonious sounds wash over you, leaving you refreshed and revitalized, as you discover the profound benefits of sound meditation & integration.
