Nicole thoughtfully curates an ensemble from her vast collection of instruments sourced from around the world, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, gongs, chimes, rain sticks, drums, and more. This diverse array of instruments creates a distinct and immersive soundscape tailored to the element of the month. Each session begins with the opportunity to set a personal intention and enjoy a uniquely crafted herbal tea blend inspired by the element.
