The experience harnesses the symbolic and energetic power of the full moon, which is traditionally viewed as a time for culmination, heightened emotion, and release. The Sound Bath experience offers an opportunity to release stress, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity, vitality, and renewal.

Join Carolina as she guides you through breathwork and the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Participants will be supported in activating the body’s natural relaxation response, allowing the nervous system to shift from a state of stress and overwhelm into one of rest, restoration, and balance. This is a time to harvest what you have grown, express gratitude, and actively release what no longer serves you!
