You’ll be guided through a soothing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes, and grounding frequencies, allowing your body and mind to soften into stillness. The Full Moon’s energy supports release and clarity, while the resonance of sound brings your whole system back into balance.

✨ Yoga mats, blankets, head cushions and lavender eye pillows are all provided so just come cosy, soft and open to receive.🌙

Sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions consult a healthcare professional before attending.
