Align with the Energy of the Full Moon

Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath on Friday, April 11, a sacred evening of deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and inner alignment. The full moon is a powerful time for release, reflection, and renewal, and sound healing helps amplify these intentions, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you and welcome fresh energy into your life.

Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where your mind and body can relax, reset, and receive the benefits of sound therapy.

What to Expect:

• A gentle grounding meditation

• A full-body immersion in healing sound frequencies

• An opportunity to set intentions and release emotional or energetic blocks

• A peaceful space to rest, recharge, and reconnect with yourself

A few benefits of sound healing:

Sound baths can reduce stress, improve sleep, boost mood, and enhance clarity. They can also promote deep relaxation and assist in balancing the body’s energy. The sound vibrations quickly drop you into rest & digest state, allowing for meditative experiences.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat, blankets, and pillows for comfort, eye mask. You can also bring slippers as shoes will be left at the door. Whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the ground.

• A journal for reflection (optional)

• Water to stay hydrated

Event starts at 7pm and runs until 8:30pm. Doors open at 6:30. It is ideal to arrive before the start time to secure your spot and get comfortable. Doors are closed at 7:00pm

This session is open to all—whether you’re new to sound healing or a regular attendee, you’ll be held in a safe and welcoming space.
