Full Moon Sound Bath and Vision Board Workshop

Class Schedule: 3 hour event

• Opening ceremony with Hawaiian Oli (chanting) to call in our ancestors and set our space
• Welcome circle
• Journal prompts/meditation to help you focus on the details of what you want to attract into your life this year
• 45 min sound bath
• Time to journal and pull oracle cards
• 60 min to create vision boards
• Closing circle

What to bring and expect:

• Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket
• Journal, pen, and water bottle
• I will have magazines available, feel free to bring your own as well
• I will provide boards, scissors, and glue sticks

Venue details:

• Parking is free (lot and street parking)
• Please remove shoes before stepping onto the judo mat (bench and cubbies are available to store your things)
• Bathroom is available

Crystal Chinn is a Japanese American, born and raised in Waipahu, Hawaii on the Island of Oahu. She is a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Meditation Guide. Through her work she shares her cultural and ancestral healing modalities. You'll experience a blend of Hawaiian Oli (chanting), Reiki healing light, sound healing with the sharp set crystal singing bowls, guided mediations and visualizations. Her goal is to empower and teach others the tools of energy healing so they can incorporate this simple yet powerful healing method into their daily lives.
