This full moon is a perfect time to release old energies, reset intentions, and boldly step into the life you are creating.

Whether you are navigating change, healing from the past, or simply seeking a deeper connection to your body and spirit, this immersive cacao and sound healing event offers a powerful opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect.

What to Expect

This 90-minute group experience led by Dr. Cindy Dupree and sound healer Lindsey Kirkwood combines sacred cacao (the purest form of chocolate) with somatic movement, full-body vibrational sound, and intuitive reflection.

You’ll be guided through:

✔️ Sharing ceremonial cacao (pure heart-opening chocolate from Costa Rica)

✔️ Gentle somatic movement to stimulate flow and connection

✔️ Deep vibrational sound bath using crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and world instruments

This experience takes place outdoors in nature on Zen Mountain (weather permitting). If it rains, we’ll move indoors to our serene wellness studio.

Bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• Pillow(s) for head and body comfort
• Light layers or a shawl/blanket
• A journal and water bottle
• Comfortable clothing (for light movement and relaxation)
• Blankets and mats provided on a first-come basis.

Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and honor the sacred space.
