Join Sibel to experience the therapeutic and transformative power of Shakti - the "dance of yoga" - a unique mix of yoga, dance and meditation to a soulful ‘world music’ soundscape.

And what better time to flow than under a full moon - your alternative full moon party this 1 Feb (the Snow Moon) ✨🌕

This in-person event in the beautiful and spacious St Peter's Church Hall, N21 (close to Grange Park Station), is the perfect opportunity to raise your energy and spirits for the week ahead, as we move and dance our way through the chakras before a beautiful meditation and deep relaxation to reset.

All to an uplifting and moving mix of world music, from electronic to Arabic and Turkish beats, from classical to Bhangra and reggaeton! The transformative power of music is a key element!

No yoga or dance meditation experience is required. This is an event open to everyone, providing a welcoming space to find freedom of expression through movement to music.

This event blends:

🌍 Yoga movement, mudras and pranayama - to ground and warm up our bodies and breath and create freedom to flow 🌊

🔥 Soulful steps - both guided steps and some 'free' dance, to lift our spirits and spark our inner passion and strength 🌬️

✨Relaxation and guided movement meditation to balance and harmonise ☀️

At the end you'll feel like you've had a great night out, but all in an afternoon / early evening and with a natural high!
