Full Moon Slow Flow

This is a full moon wellness event led by Alexa, featuring a slow, intentional movement flow designed to align with the lunar energy. The gentle practice will end with our signature sound bath and an optional tarot card reading for those seeking personal insight and reflection. Afterward, we will be meeting at a local coffee shop to connect and build community with fellow attendees.
The flow takes place on the south end of the beach past lifeguard tower six.
