Come join Heather at Inspire Health and Wellness for an hour-long full moon class outside and on the rooftop!Prior to class we will have time to have a non-alcoholic drink that will help with sleep and journal the things we want to let go and the goals we are going to set for the following month.
Then we will bask in the sunset as the full moon appears. We will flow through some full moon poses to harness our strong energy during this time.
We will also discuss the benefits of each full moon’s energy and end with positive affirmations to set the tone for the next month.
Classes will be from 7:30 to 8:45pm, will be $25 per person and if the weather is bad the class will be held inside.
