As the moon reaches it's fullest phase it is the perfect time to align your energy with some wellbeing rituals and let go of whatever isn’t serving you anymore.
Here at SAUNA YOKU we believe they should include community, circles, journaling, meditation, sound, nature, heat and maybe for some of you.. cold water therapy!
Enjoy a releasing ceremony with Sophia. Followed by guided breathwork in the healing heat of the sauna with Charlotte. Cleanse in wild swimming ponds under the light of the moon!
