Important: Doors will close promptly at 5:00 PM, and late arrivals will NOT be permitted to enter to ensure the experience remains uninterrupted for all participants. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in, lay out your mat, and fully immerse yourself in the calming environment from the very start.

Sandy Fenelli will guide you through restorative yoga poses to release tension and calm your nervous system, while Jennifer Scholl’s healing sound bath plays throughout the class, creating a meditative, immersive experience that leaves you feeling fully restored.
🧘♀️ What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, and an open mind to relax, unwind, and recharge. This all-levels class is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful escape from the stresses of daily life. We do have some yoga mats if you do not have one.
