Join us each Sunday for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.
This is a space for all ages—whether you’re coming on your own, with a partner, or bringing your children to experience calm and regulation in a supportive environment.
During our time together, we’ll gently explore:
• The basics of sound frequency healing
• How sound interacts with the nervous system
• Simple meditation practices to regulate the body and mind
• Creating space for emotional release, clarity, and inner peace
You’ll be immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing tones that support the body in shifting out of stress and into a more balanced, grounded state.
✨ No experience with meditation is needed—just come as you are.

This is a donation-based offering.
If you feel called to contribute, a suggested donation of $50–$100 per family helps support the space, the instruments, and the continuation of these gatherings.
