Full Moon Reset with Sunflower Sessions

We're doing something a little different for this one.

A proper Sunday reset. An afternoon designed to help you slow down, clear your head, and feel like yourself wonderful self before the bext full moon and week kicks in.

We'll kick things off with a guided meditation and full moon writing workshop. Reflective prompts, journaling, intention setting, craeting a space to release.

After that, the afternoon is yours. Move between the saunas and ice baths at your own pace, grab a coconut drink from Now Coco, listen to live music from our full band, chat to strangers, bring a friend, come alone.
