Join us for a traditional full moon gathering including puja and meditation.Puja is Buddhist devotional ritual, including chanting, that can engage our deeper heart energies with our practice of the Buddha’s teaching – the Dharma.
We don’t teach meditation during puja evenings, so some experience is helpful. If you’re new to meditation, why not try our Saturday morning Learn to Meditate classes?
Puja evenings are offered on a donation basis, drawing upon the Buddhist practice of dana – generosity. Please give what you can to support us to share the Buddha’s teachings more widely.
