From this space of surrender, we relax into an immersive gong meditation and sound healing experience, inviting the vibrations to gently open, release, restore, and transform. Led with love by Marie, John, and Diane, this ceremonial gathering is an invitation to honor the cycles of the moon, reconnect with your heart, and emerge lighter, clearer, and renewed.

The gong is a powerful and transformative instrument whose layered sounds move through the body in ways that bypass the thinking mind. These vibrations can help clear stuck or stagnant energetic pathways, allowing sound and sensation to move more freely through the nervous system.
