Full Moon Meditation

This special program coordinates the efforts of multiple meditation centers and communities as well as many other individual meditators across America to conduct a simultaneous meditation for world peace every single full moon night. The teaching monks will guide the session virtually from Thailand while everyone else gathers by candlelight at their local center.

Although you can join at home, joining in person is much more powerful due to the serenity and candlelit atmosphere of the meditation hall. The teaching monks focus solely on their own meditation and guiding others to more effortless practice, so this is a great opportunity to learn from their expertise.
