Full Moon Magic: Yin + Sound

Join Jasmine RaShae’ (founder of Soulful Flow Yoga) and Tasha Hampton (sound healer and meditation guide) for a magical candlelit evening of Yin and Sound under the Full Moon. This event is intended to embody a nurturing mindfulness flow to help fully restore the body while welcoming love and peace into the soul.

This 90 minute event will incorporate journaling, reflction, gentle Yin yoga followed with an immersive sound bath. All levels are welcome.

*Please bring any addtional props you'd like to have: Eye pillows/masks are also suggested for a deeper experience. These items will not be provided during the experience however they are essential to being the most comfortable in the experience.

However will will have yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets available.
