Join us as we gather under the glow of the lunar light and harness the power of the full moon to tap into our own strength and resilience. The moon will be at its peak, and this will be the perfect time to utilize its energy. At this gathering we will practice specific Kundalini exercises and meditations for finding our voice and accessing our vitality. The evening will end with a nourishing and healing sound bath!

Please be sure to bring your journal, a pen, something to sit on, and any crystals or artifacts you'd like to add to the circle to charge in the full moon energy.
