Join us for Awakening Wednesdays, our monthly sanctuary for nervous system healing, energetic alignment, and inner peace. Whether you're releasing stress, seeking clarity, or simply longing for a place to reconnect, this space is here for you.

Breathwork & Live Sound Healing

This month's gathering offers a deep reset for your nervous system through a guided breathwork journey led by Scott Calafiore, followed by a deeply restorative live sound bath with Scott and Mayumi.

Theme: Trust • Soften • Surrender

Life has a way of asking us to hold so much. We carry responsibilities, expectations, and uncertainty, often forgetting that we don't have to hold it all alone. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is permission to trust, soften, and let go.

This evening is an invitation to breathe deeply. To release the tension you've been carrying. To trust your body, your breath, and the wisdom already within you.

Together we'll explore what it feels like to:

• Trust yourself and your inner guidance
• Soften the places where you've been holding tension
• Surrender what no longer serves you
• Return to a place of peace, presence, and inner balance

Through breathwork, gentle somatic practices, and an immersive live sound bath, you'll be supported in calming your nervous system, opening your heart, and reconnecting with the quiet strength that has been there all along.

Live Sound Bath

Following our breathwork journey, Scott and Mayumi will guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, and gentle healing frequencies. This immersive experience is designed to help your body integrate the breathwork, settle into deep relaxation, and create space for restoration and inner balance.

• Gentle Energy Work to support emotional and energetic release
