Join me for an immersive and gentle gong bath designed to invite deep rest, presence, and gentle recalibration. We will embrace the energy of the full moon at this powerful monthly Full Moon Gong Journey in the Resonance Room located at 7399 Tucson Way Ste A6, Centennial, CO 80112As waves of sound move through the space, you’ll be invited to rest, let go, and allow the resonance to guide you into a meditative state—helping to dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance. Aligned with the peak of the lunar cycle, this journey offers a grounding yet expansive opportunity to reset and reconnect.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props you need to rest comfortably on the floor. We honor this space through a shared agreement of quiet, stillness, and mutual respect—to support an inclusive, caring environment where each participant is free to simply be.
What to Expect:
This 90-minute experience unfolds gently through waves of live sound with gentle gongs and chimes.
