Full Moon Goddess Circle & Sound Bath

Join me for an intimate special Full Moon Meditation & Sound Bath to celebrate the Buck Moon and harness the potent lunar energy to shed, renew and manifest. Connect with your own heart and inner voice to plant the seeds for the next part of the lunar cycle and let go of anything that no longer serves your higher purpose.

The session will include:

*cleansing breathwork and gentle movement*

*guided moon meditation*

*healing crystal & alchemy sound bowl bath*

*relaxing tea & cacao treats*

No experience necessary, the whole session will be guided. Yoga matts, cushions and blankets provided. Please wear comfortable clothes. Layers and warm socks also reccomended as the body temperature can fluctuate during a sound bath.

It is also not suitable for anyone with a pace maker/defibrillator fitted or metal plates/pins in the body; who have severe mental health issues; have epilepsy or who are intoxicated.
