What to Expect:🌕 A full moon gathering that includes guided forest bathing, mindful breathing, and a restorative sound bath.🌲 A serene, natural setting that allows your senses to awaken and your nervous system to reset.🎶 Crystal bowls, chimes, and intuitive sound to harmonize body and mind under the night sky.🌬️ Grounding breathwork and intention setting for clarity, peace, and deep release.

What to Bring:🧘 Yoga mat or blanket for comfortable sitting or lying down🧥 An extra layer—nights can get cool, especially in the woods💧 Water bottle to stay hydrated🔦 Small flashlight or headlamp for safe navigation

Event Schedule:6:00 PM – Meet at The Standard Biergarten in NYC6:30 PM – Depart for our peaceful nature location7:45 PM – Arrive, settle in, and begin forest bathing practice8:00 PM – Sound bath begins under the full moon9:45 PM – Closing circle and gentle transition10:45 PM – Return to NYC
