✨ Special Guest: Joshua Haney, founder of Inti Sonqo Sound Healing, will be joining me to share his beautiful gift of Native flute, adding an additional layer of depth, grounding, and soul to the evening.
The Full Moon is a powerful time for release, reflection, and renewal. It illuminates what’s ready to be seen — and what’s ready to be let go.
Join me for a sacred evening where we honor the energy of the Full Moon through intentional release, grounding ritual, and deep nervous system restoration.
✨ What to Expect
📝 Guided Journaling
We’ll begin with gentle prompts to help you reflect on what you’re ready to release — old patterns, emotions, stories, or energetic weight you no longer wish to carry.
🔥 Fire Ceremony
We’ll step outside to safely burn what you’ve written, offering it to the fire and the universe to be fully transmuted and released.
🌑 Full Moon Intentions
After release, you’ll be guided to write a few intentions — calling in what you want to cultivate during this lunar cycle.
🎶 Restorative Sound Bath
You’ll then settle in for a deeply calming sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gong, and other healing instruments — allowing your body and nervous system to integrate the shifts and land in a place of peace and clarity.
No experience is needed. Just come as you are.
