A Full Moon Yoga & Sound Bath Experience

Immerse yourself in the energy of the full moon with the special 90-minute workshop designed for reflection, release, and deep relaxation.

In this workshop, Kat will guide you through a yoga flow powered by Moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar), mindful movement, aromatherapy, breath work, and sound, you'll be guided to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner flow.

Each participant will receive a special gift for the class.
