Full Moon Community Altar - Cold Moon

Join us at Where Faeries Live for a new tradition: our Full Moon Community Altar!

We'll set up the altar in Pink's Parlor. You're welcome to bring your own candle, or buy one in-store, to light on the altar.

Or, for a small fee, we can carve, dress, and light the candle for you.

If you can't make it into the store on December 15th, you can pre-order your carved and dressed candle here on EventBrite! You'll have your choice of candle colour and dressing oil in the checkout section, along with space to note down your intention for this candle. We'll take care of the rest.

We offer dressed chime candles (approx 30min burn time) or dressed 7in taper candles (approx 7-hour burn time) in a range of colours. We also have a variety of single-note essential oils and WFL-exclusive oil blends we can use to dress your candle.

The intention behind the candle is all up to you. But if you're stuck for ideas, consider this list of correspondences for the Harvest Moon, quoted from Moon Magick by D.J. Conway (Chapter 16, page 250)
Nature Spirits: snow faeries, storm faeries, winter tree faeries

All who visit us in-store to add their candles to the altar are welcome to stay in Pink's Parlor and meditate if desired. We'll have chairs and meditation cushions available.
