FULL MOON CEREMONY

Join Emily and ride the wave of the full moon at Coven Healing Arts! This Full Moon Ceremony is a time to re-connect yourself with the cosmic shifts occuring around you. This is an opportunity to reflect, release, and make space. Over this two hour session we will gather in circle, move our bodies, receive energy healing, set intentions, and take rest. This offering is welcome to all.

BIO

Emily Opal Smith (she/her) is a local yoga teacher, reiki master, and community connector.

She is deeply passionate about creating spaces and memorable experiences for like minded and hearted humans to gather and feel supported, seen and ultimately, loved.

Emily grew up in Victoria/Lekwungen territory, spent 8 years living in Toronto working as an actor, 5 years in Vancouver reuniting with her heart and body and learning as much about yoga as possible, and recently returned to Victoria. It was a love for community; an in person, in the moment exchange of energy that sparked her drive for the theatre, which now directly translates into her current work.

She is equally fascinated by physical anatomy and the spiritual journey, the science of functional breathing and intuitive soul guidance. She deeply believes in the balance of solar and lunar, action and rest and the power of stillness to tune into the wisdom of the body and heart.
