Full Moon Circle
We will share a herbal tea blended to aid meditation.
I will guide you through a deep and powerful mediation that is aimed at healing from within and letting go of stagnant energies.
After the meditation I will begin your journey into the cosmic vibrational universe.....
You will be bathed in cosmic sounds and vibrations from a range of instruments that will include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drumming, rattles, chimes and many others.
All you have to do is lie down and let the vibrations do their work.
We will do some soulful full moon journaling and read oracle cards.
