Join Shalice & Nneka on this full moon in the sign of Aries on Sunday, October 5th for an evening of Pilates, peace, community & fun!

Location: 415 Hillsborough street 💫 (RUMAH)

This experience will include a special Pilates class led by Nneka, reflective journal writing prompts, healing open discussions & a guided sound bath meditation led by Shalice 🦋✨.

It’ll be important to show up on time to get the most of the experience.

Don’t forgot to bring the following:

✅yoga mat & or blanket

✅pillows for extra comfort (optional)

✅your beautiful self 💛

This is a pay what you can experience. However, whatever you’re willing to spare will cover all things included in this event.

Since this experience will be taking place downtown, here are a few things to note about parking ⬇️

🅿️ : free street parking after 6pm on weekdays & free on weekends. paid lots & garages nearby as well (504 W & 309 Hillsborough / 501 W Jones). one accessible spot on the block (corner of N West & Hillsborough streets).
