Free Yoga in the Park - Cozy Autumn Flow

Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session at Baileywick Road Park! Embrace the crisp autumn air as you flow through gentle yoga poses surrounded by the beauty of nature. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, destress, and connect with your inner self. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, all are welcome to participate.

This class is part of a special October series. We’ll meet every Sunday in October at 3:30PM (Oct 5, 12, 19, and 26). You’re welcome to join us for one class, or come each week to deepen your practice.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Layers (sweater or blanket in case it gets chilly)

• We’ll gather in the big open field next to the shelter with the grill.
• Park in the main lot, then walk down the paved trail past the playground to reach the shelter and field.
• Restrooms are located near the parking lot.
