In April, we gather under the Pink Full Moon in Libra Saturday April 12th 6-8pm at Living Wellness Hub in Invermere BC with two loving guides, Kelsey and Jasper. Together we will weave the lunar wisdom of the cosmos with Earth based practices to ground us in the energies. Kelsey is happy to welcome Jasper Squires of The Humble Hermit as this months guest Facilitator. Jasper Squires of The Humble Hermit works closely with Mother Earth and the Moon in her practice. She will be guiding us through the crafting of a Sacred Herbal Sachet. Beautiful plant allies enchanted with your love and intention, placed in a small bag and charged with full moon energy and the vibrations from our circle. This sachet will gift your magic for days to come, carrying you from this lunar cycle into the next.
Kelsey Baker works intimately with the rhythms and cycles of the moon and all of her phases. Kelsey has been facilitating moon circles, sound healing, various offerings and retreats in the valley over the past couple of years. She will guide you through meditation, breathwork, Ceremonial Cacao, and sound journey to attune you to the vibrations and frequency of each moon phase. The use of tuning forks on the body (acutonics), gentle rhythms of the frame drum, voice, crystal and Tibetan bowls, Native American flute and more. Ceremonial Cacao is a nourishing and heart opening beverage to aid in introspection and relaxation, it is optional and not required.
