For as long as humans have been around there is evidence of tracking the stars and the moons. Ceremony and ritual help to connect us to something greater and to ground that connection into the human experience.
As we grow and transform, one of the must-haves for spiritual upleveling is getting back into rhythm with the natural world because it is so important to our healing, growth, and development.
In collaboration with Lori Tyman, we present a monthly in-person guided meditation centered around the energies of the current full moon and water ceremony (our winter alternative to fire) to foster our evolution.
We’ll begin with a water ceremony where we will place stones to release, to bring in and to bless someone/thing. This process aids in transmuting challenges into light so that we can heal.
Then we’ll lie down for a guided journey tailored to the natural energies of the current full moon and to help us discover and process whatever else is arising in our lives at the time.
DETAILS
AGE: 13 and up, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
SKILL: no skills necessary
WHAT WE PROVIDE: mats, blankets, pillows, sacred bowl of water and stones
WHAT TO BRING: a willingness to release, an open mind to vision and anything you need to be comfortable on the floor. Water to drink in a sealable container.
