QMAR's Lake Quest seminar - a weekend of To-Shin Do martial arts training, spirit-building, meditation, wilderness survival, fieldcraft skills, camping, and community gathering right on beautiful Falls Lake, NC.Get outside and train! There's no better place to study natural movement than in nature itself.
Anyone, ages 8+ are welcome to attend. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who is also registered for, and participating in the weekend's training events.
Tickets are $199 per participant.

Training will take place at a private, reserved group campground on Falls Lake, just minutes from Raleigh, Wake Forest, Durham, and Creedmoor.
