Full Moon Ceremonial SOUND BATH Meditation

Sound Baths are an amazing tool for Nervous System Regulation; guiding your body and mind into a state where you can feel grounded and calm, relieving the weight of stress.

This Sound Bath Experience gives you all the therapeutic benefits of a sound bath, while spicing it up with fun, fresh ceremonial elements.

This sound bath fall on a Full Moon; which is a time of culimation and release. To celebrate the Full Moon the experience will begin with a Releasing Ritual; offering you a chance to reflect + intentionally let go of what is no longer serving you.

Following the opening Releasing Ritual, you will be guided through a series of gentle, seated yoga-inspired stretches + breathing techniques which will allow you an easier transition to the stillness of the meditation and help you get eeeeven deeper in the zone with your experience.

You'll then lay back and relax as you're immersed in the therapeutic sound vibrations from Quartz Cyrstsal Singing Bowls, a variety of Chimes, drums, and more!
