A Community Yoga class, gently guided to allow beginners to begin their journey into yoga and those more experienced the space to level up where they need to. This is a community class allowing for all levels to flow together. You dont need to be flexible other than in your soul , you dont need to have experience just willingness to move and learn about your own way to move to enjoy life.

This Mindful Movement practice infused with dance technique makes for a Yoga class that creates releasing flows that increase mind body connectivity. Come enjoy a class and learn how to take your yoga off the mat.

If you are unable to afford class SHOW UP then let us know, we can discuss some work exchange options. We wouldn't want anybody to miss out on the healing benefits of yoga due to financial hardship.

If you are able, consider purchasing a "Pay it Forward" ticket to take care of community members who may be facing financial hardships.
