Yoga Nidra

This month we focus on the total eclipse, setting intentions and using the magnifying energy of the eclipse to set things in motion. Yoga Nidra is a Guided meditation and healing session. It is a deeply relaxing state where one can purify the past, present and future. In this state, you will be guided to progressively go deeper into your own being, aligning with Spirit.
