Candlelight Full Moon Yoga: Snow Moon Ceremony
Join us for a tranquil evening practice under February's luminous Snow Moon, the full moon that illuminates the coldest, snowiest month of winter in the Northern Hemisphere.
The Snow Moon's Significance:
February's full moon invites us to honor stillness and inner warmth during winter's deepest freeze. Traditionally named by Native American tribes for the heavy snows of late winter, this moon represents a time of quiet reflection, patience, and trust in the cycles of renewal that lie ahead. As nature rests beneath the snow, we too are called to turn inward, nurturing our inner light and preparing for spring's eventual awakening.

Experience Level:
While new students are welcome, some prior yoga experience is recommended to help you flow comfortably through the moon salutations and celestial sequences. If you're familiar with basic poses and sun salutations, you'll feel right at home!
