What to Expect:
Heart Chakra Education – We'll begin with an exploration of Anahata, the fourth chakra. Learn about its qualities, how blockages manifest, and the role it plays in our capacity for love, forgiveness, and authentic connection.
Heart-Opening Yoga Practice – Move through a thoughtfully designed sequence featuring poses, breathwork and meditation that open and activate the heart chakra.
Creative Heart Chakra Craft – Connect with your heart's wisdom through a hands-on creative project. You'll create a meaningful keepsake to take home as a reminder of your intention to keep your heart open and aligned.
