Two New Mexicans who met practicing yoga in the iconic Hollywood Forever Cemetery are hosting a Harvest Moon extravaganza in ABQ!

John Gabaldon, visiting urban shaman from Los Angeles will be performing various Breathwork techniques and a guided Meditation during a soundbath.

Joy Wolfe, comedian & yoga teacher, will be guiding a Yin flow before a super charged Shavasana.

Cacao will be served as you set an intention.

This will be held At Heart Center Yoga on San Pedro across from The Coronado Center.

There is tons of parking in the lot in front of the studio.

PLEASE BRING: yoga mat, bolsters, favorite props/blankets/pillow cover, water and an eye mask if you have one.
