Full Moon Breathwork & Sound Healing Ceremony

Join Emily for a 2-hour immersive ceremony designed to bring you home to your body - a sacred space of deep healing, love and remembrance.

Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, transformative breathwork and sound healing, you’ll be invited to awaken your inherent power and reconnect with the embodied wisdom of your Soul (which is Loveeee).

We’ll begin with intention - pulling a card from the altar to receive guidance for your personal journey - before moving into opening our hearts and minds. Together, we’ll move through sound, energy and breath - the living medicines that support release, renewal and realignment. A homecoming.

This ceremony is an invitation to meet what’s ready to shift within you… and return home to your inherent state of wholeness and love.

The style of breathwork that Emily will lead is a 3-part breath: an inhale to the belly, inhale to the chest, and exhale.

Breathwork assists with:

• Unblocking subconscious beliefs and energy

• Releasing trauma and healing stored emotions

• Regulates your nervous system so you can experience clarity and ease

• Connect you to your intuition

• Creating space for your authentic expression so you can live from your Soul

The Power of Sound Healing:

• Sound healing instruments provide vibrational frequencies that can transfer through the skin, fluid, and bones.

• The human body is 70% water, so utilizing these vibrations can support you in full body relaxation and recalibration on evvvvery level - energetically, emotionally, cellularly, physically, and spiritually.

• Pairing sound healing with energy work and breathwork can assist with releasing pain, feelings of anxiety and depression, enhancing energy levels, increasing your immune system, regulating your nervous system, and creating alignment.

• Everyone's experience with sound healing is different and unique - you can experience different visuals, colors, and physical sensations.

Emily Wikel (500HR RYT, Embodiment Guide and Breathwork Facilitator) is here to guide you in accessing unconditional love, liberation and Spirit, all through the body. Her mission is to connect you to the love and truth that already lives within you - not outside. We get to access our purest essence by weaving Life as the medicine. Upon discovering the practice of yoga and breathwork, she embarked on the journey of a humble student, taking 100s of 1000s of hours of training focused on yoga, breathwork, psychic development, womb anatomy & care, somatic healing, human design, masculine/feminine relating, plant medicine and energy work. She's taught yoga for 9 years and facilitated ceremonies for 5. Her spaces are deeply encoded with safety, integrity, healing and embodying wholeness.
