Full Moon Breathwork & Sound Bath on the Beach

Welcome to our Full Moon Breathwork & Soundbath on the beach! Join us on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Rosecrans Lifeguard Tower in Manhattan Beach for a magical evening of connection and healing. Connect with the elements, release what no longer serves you, and align with the lunar energy in this restorative healing experience. We can't wait to see you there!
What to bring:

• Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat to lie on.
• Bring a sweatshirt, extra blanket sand any other comfort items you may need as it gets chilly at sunset.
• An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana during the sound bath is a great addition.
  (please arrive around 3:00 pm to find parking and secure your spot on the beach)

Location: We will meet on the beach between Rosecrans Lifeguard Tower and Tower 34.

Parking: There are a few options for parking

• Highland x Rosecrans Ave Parking Lot (free during December). Walk all the way down Rosecrans until you hit the beach
• El Porto Parking Lot (paid meters): enter the lot by the Chevron at 45th St and Vista Del Mar. Park all the way at the end of the parking lot by the bathrooms & Rosecrans Lifeguard Tower.
• Street Parking in the neighborhood
