FULL MOON BEACH SOUND BATH.

Basic amenities will be provided.🚽 Sleepover on the beach if you wish,😴⛺️ the choice is yours, just come along & relax.🙌🏼

As comfort important, it's advisable to bring...
✨️Thick yoga mat or garden recliner (duvet or sleeping bag fine, just something comfy to lay on).
✨️Cushion/Pillow.
✨️Warm blanket/s.
✨️Comfy clothing.
✨️Socks/Slippers.
I've a couple yoga mats, blankets cushions etc for if anyone hasn't, just message prior event & if available, I'll put them aside.
Eye masks & bottled mineral water will be freely given out on arrival to help you relax & stay hydrated.
Once settled, I'll give a brief chat as to what to expect, then guide you through meditation, leading gently into the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, flow chimes, koshi bells etc, to help you to relax & unwind for up to 45minutes.
Guidance & healing freely available to those needing it once session is over.
Advisable to seek guidance from a health professional beforehand for anyone with serious health conditions, pacemakers or in early pregnancy.
