Basic amenities will be provided.🚽 Sleepover on the beach if you wish,😴⛺️ the choice is yours, just come along & relax.🙌🏼

As comfort important, it's advisable to bring...
✨️Thick yoga mat or garden recliner (duvet or sleeping bag fine, just something comfortable to lay on).
✨️Cushion/Pillow.
✨️Warm blanket.
✨️Comfy clothing.
✨️Socks/Slippers.
I've a couple recliners, yoga mats, blankets & cushions for if anyone hasn't, just message prior to event & if available, I'll put them aside. Eye masks & bottled mineral water will be freely given out on arrival to help you relax & keep hydrated.
Once settled, I'll give a brief chat as to what to expect, then guide you through meditation, leading you gently into the calming sounds of the crystal singing bowls, flow chimes & koshi bells for you to relax & unwind.
If at any stage during the session you become uncomfortable, please put your hand up & someone will come to your aid. Guidance & healing will freely be given afterwards to those wanting it.
Not advisable for those with serious health conditions, pacemakers, during early pregnancy or those unable to sit or lay comfortably for up to 40 minutes, if unsure, please seek guidance from a Doctor beforehand.
