Feel Good Friday is your end of week reset.
We’ll start gently on the mat, then move through simple breath awareness, somatic movement, tapping, shaking off and easy tension releasing practices designed to help you feel lighter, looser and more energised.
This isn’t a fitness class and it isn’t about doing anything perfectly. It’s about giving your body a chance to let go of the stress, stiffness and tension you’ve been carrying all week.
