Join us for an evening of beach yoga, a sound bath, and community. Start the evening by grounding yourself by digging your toes into the sand with a relaxing but challenging beach yoga class. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views as you flow with the ocean as your soundtrack. Then, relax to the soothing sounds of the singing crystal bowls with an oceanfront Sound Bath. Find deeper states of healing, meditation, and relaxation with the therapeutic sound vibrations of the crystal bowls while breathing in the ocean's healing powers. End the evening with a fun social hour under the Full Moon. Bring snacks and drinks to enjoy after class and take advantage of the perfect opportunity to meet open-minded people. Bring a friend or meet new ones while enjoying the Full Moon ambiance. All abilities and skill levels are welcome.$30 Drop-In Or 2 Punchs on Punchcards
