Start your day with a gentle Stretch + Flow class right on our Oceanview Sun Deck.

Space is limited - be sure to register!

Class begins with a gentle stretching yoga flow and ends with a guided meditation combined with reiki. This is an all-level 60 minute class. Even if you have never meditated or taken yoga before, you will feel right at home moving your body to the sound of the ocean waves. This is a great way to have a peaceful, more productive day.

Registered Beach Terrace hotel guests do not need to register - just arrive with your hotel wristband and yoga mat from your room!

The Details

• Space is limited - be sure to register!
• Arrive a minimum of15 minutes prior to class start time to park, make your way to the Sun Deck, and get set up.
• Don't forget a water bottle, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Bring a yoga mat.
• Street parking is available.
• All participants must be 18 or older.
