Tower39 Rooftop Warrior Flow + Meditation Class

Join us the first Saturday of every month at Tower39 above Springhill Suites in Carlsbad on Saturday morning at 10:00 AM.

Tower39, a rooftop lounge with ocean views, is situated in the heart of Carlsbad Village atop SpringHill Suites.

We'll begin by grounding ourselves with calming breathwork, move through a dynamic warrior flow designed for all levels to build strength and focus, and conclude with a soothing guided meditation infused with intuitive energy work and Reiki— all while enjoying the ocean views from the rooftop of Tower39.

Class Details:

• This class is FREE to hotel guests and only 10$ for community members.
• Warrior Flow
• The class is 60 minutes and suitable for all levels.
• Class participants are entered to win a Tower39 bar credit to use after class. Winner announced after class.
• Weather permitting.

This peaceful practice is an excellent way to start your weekend.

After the class stay to savor the stunning ocean views while enjoying a mimosa, Tower39 spritz, or other delightful beverages.

Arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class start time to settle into your space and check in.
