Join us in this comfortable community setting on Friday night for the Full Moon from 7:00-8:00PM. This is a beautiful space and time for rest and rejuvenation before your busy weekend is in full swing. Come to unwind from the week, rest and release anything that you are ready to let go in your emotional and physical body and connect to your ancestors through a Full Moon guided meditation. You CAN'T beat the benefits of this special community offering.
Stress-relieving acupuncture by licensed acupuncturist, Beth Busse, and guided visual imagery meditation and energy work by Jen Martin, Master Reiki Teacher & ERYT 500! Receive this and maybe some scritchy scratches and neck squeezes all for $46.00 per individual.

We limit the class size to 8 people so everyone can rest comfortably in this community setting. If you sign up and cannot make it, please let us know immediately so we can give your space to someone else.
Please feel welcome to wear comfy/appropriate pajamas or loungewear that can easily be rolled up and socks or slippers that can be removed. Bring your own pillow and blanket for additional comfort--we will have ones out, but sometimes your stuff is better for YOU!
